It's me, Mike. Creator and owner of PlantBakedCakes.  I've been cake decorating for over 7 years and been vegan for over 10! I was born in and currently live in Brooklyn, New York, where I base my business out of. Veganism is the heart and soul of my personal life and this business I have created. My main goal is to create delicious and interesting desserts and treats accessible to those who may be restricted by conventional offerings throughout society. In it you will find entirely vegan offerings, with the option for gluten free, less sugar, and more.
